Your Tasks
- As our technical problemsolver, you’ll resolve deep-level errors within our PMS, CRS, and CRM hospitality stack
- Ensuring a seamless guest journey, you manage API connectivity and data flow for integrations like payment systems
- Getting to the bottom of bugs, you provide detailed root-cause reports to our Central Product teams
- Bridging operations and tech, you translate complex needs into clear requirements for the global roadmap
- By monitoring system logs and trends, you fix "pain points" before they ever impact the guest experience
- Empowering the team, you create advanced manuals to boost self-service capabilities across our hotels
Your Profile
- With a solid IT background, you’re comfortable in remote-first and distributed environments
- Your analytical mindset helps you trace software conflicts or configuration errors back to their source
- Expertise in Windows, M365, and AD is your foundation, including authentication and networking (VPN/DNS)
- Bridging the gap between tech and non-tech users is where your clear communication skills shine
- Fluency in German (C1+) and English is essential for our daily international collaboration
