Your Tasks
- Advanced Remote Engineering & Resolution: Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex workplace incidents across Windows environments, leveraging remote administration and diagnostic tooling to deliver sustainable fixes, not just workarounds
- Network & Connectivity Diagnostics: Perform structured troubleshooting of VPN clients, WiFi connectivity, DNS resolution, and endpoint networking configurations. Collaborate with Central IT on backend infrastructure changes, identity issues, and hardware lifecycle topics
- Identity & Access Management: Administer and optimize user lifecycle processes within Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including permission models, group structures, mailbox access, and conditional access scenarios
- Modern Workplace Platfoform Operations: Operate and maintain the workplace ecosystem with a strong focus on endpoint stability, policy alignment, and configuration governance
- Incident Ownership & Technical Escalation: Drive incidents end-to-end with structured diagnostics, log analysis, and root-cause-oriented resolution approaches. Provide actionabletechnical data for Regional IT during major outages
- Knowledge Leadership: Transform recurring technical issues into reusable solutions by building a structured technical knowledge base and promoting self-service capabilities for power users
Your Profile
- Technical Depth: Several years of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration with strongexposure to remote-first environments and distributed infrastructures
- Diagnostic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze endpoint behavior, software conflicts, identity issues, and configuration inconsistencies using a structured troubleshooting methodology
- Core Technology Stack: Hands-on expertise in Windows, M365, and Entra ID (AD), including user provisioning and authentication flows. Strong knowledge of endpoint networking (VPN, DNS) and remote administration within ticket-driven workflows
- Communication: Ability to translate technical root causes into clear guidance for non-technical users while collaborating effectively with central engineering teams
- Languages: Fluent German (C1+) and Professional English are essential for daily collaboration
