About H World International
Your Tasks
- Expert Application Resolution: Act as the technical closer for our core hospitality stack (PMS, CRS, CRM etc). You are expected to troubleshoot deep-level application errors, data synchronization issues, and interface glitches remotely
- Interfaface & Integration Management: Provide advanced troubleshooting for 3rd-party integrations. You will verify API connectivity and data flow between systems (e.g., payment gateways, key-card systems, etc) to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Instead of just fixing symptoms, you will perform deep-divesinto recurring application bugs. You will distinguish between system defects, configuration errors, and user-training gaps, providing detailed technical reports to Central Product teams
- Strategic Demand Management: Translate complex operational needs into technical requirements. You will filter and prioritize "Optimization Requests," ensuring that only high value, well-documented requirements reach the global development roadmap
- Proactive Perfoformance Monitoring: Analyze ticket trends and system logs to monitor application stability. You will identify "pain points" and implement remote configuration fixes before they impact the guest experience
- Knowledge Engineering: Lead the creation of advanced technical troubleshooting manuals and "Super User" guides to increase the self-service capability of the hotel staff
Your Profile
- Application Expertise: Several years of experience in supporting complex enterprise softftware or hospitality-specific applications (e.g., Opera, or custom PMS/CRS)
- Technical Troubleshooting Mindset: You possess the "detective" skills needed to trace an error back to its source—whether it's a browser cache issue, a database mismatch, or an integration timeout
- Analytical & Process-Driven: Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident & Problem Management). You can stay calm and structured during a "system down" scenario at a hightraffic hotel
- Hospitality DNA: You understand how a hotel operates. You can translate "The check-in won't work" into a technical diagnosis of the PMS interface
- Communication & Culture: Excellent intercultural skills; you can bridge the gap between non-technical hotel staff and high-level developers
