Embark on the journey to Steigenberger and experience an exciting adventure - 
We are looking for a Marketing Manager (all genders) in our Steigenberger Herrenhof in Vienna! 

This role can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 30 hours per week)

Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan for Rooms, F&B, and MICE, including market analysis and identification of local opportunities
  • Design and execute campaigns to drive direct bookings, boost F&B revenue, and promote meeting and event spaces
  • Ensure consistent and optimized content across all channels (website, OTA, social media, Google) while partnering with Sales & Revenue on demand-generating initiatives
  • Manage social media presence, digital campaigns (SEO, paid media, CRM), and performance tracking with a strong focus on ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and influencers, coordinating PR activities, events, and press visits in line with brand standards
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, provide regular reports to the GM, and contribute insights and recommendations to Commercial Meetings

Your Profile

  • Strong content creation and production skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Experience working with web content management systems (e.g., Strapi or similar)
  • Familiarity with managing and posting across social media platforms
  • High attention to detail paired with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with ticketing systems, shared inboxes, and content trackers (Excel, Jira)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or hospitality content is considered an advantage

The minimum gross salary for this position is €2,699.00 (full-time basis) per month, in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
The actual salary depends on the applicant’s (m/f/d) qualifications as well as the agreed working hours in the case of part-time employment
