Your Tasks
- Develop and implement IT audit policies to ensure an effective audit structure
- Contribute to the creation and further development of the risk-based three-year IT audit plan is part of your responsibilities
- Conduct audits on IT General Controls (ITGC), IT infrastructure, data protection, applications, and databases
- Test & Review controls in the areas of IT operations, cybersecurity, and change management
- Collaborate closely with IT, finance, and compliance teams to ensure a strong internal control structure
Your Profile
- Strong skills in risk assessment, problem-solving, and IT audit methodologies
- Extensive knowledge of internal audit standards, the code of ethics, and regulatory guidelines within the hotel industry
- You hold a degree in IT, computer science, business administration, or a related field—with experience in the hotel industry being a distinct advantage—along with certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM
- Proven expertise in IT General Controls, IT infrastructure audits, application controls, and experience with SOX compliance and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CoBIT)
- At least five years of experience in internal and/or external auditing; proficient in audit tools and data analysis platforms (e.g., ACL, IDEA)
- Ability to analyze complex data and derive logical conclusions
- English as the preferred language; fluency in German is an advantage, and Chinese language skills are also welcome
- You are flexible for business travel and can adapt to different work environments and cultural backgrounds
