Your Tasks
- Manage and optimise day-to-day loyalty programme operations across all channels and systems
- Serve as main point of contact for hotels: providing training, support, and motivation to maximise programme performance
- Maintain and improve systems and processes (e.g. member communications, enrolment, point redemption, tier management)
- Monitor KPIs and member engagement; identify trends and opportunities to improve programme results
- Act as the voice of the member in internal discussions to ensure guest-centric operations
- Identify and lead improvements to streamline operations and automate manual processes
Your Profile
- Operational experience in hospitality, ideally in front office, reservations, guest services, or loyalty
- Knowledge of loyalty programmes or CRM tools is highly desirable
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions
- Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders
