Your Tasks
- Tackling complex Windows issues is your specialty, focusing on sustainable fixes rather than quick workarounds
- To keep our team connected, you troubleshoot VPN, WiFi, and DNS while collaborating with Central IT on infrastructure
- Your expertise in M365 and Entra ID ensures that user lifecycles and permissions are managed securely
- Maintaining a stable workplace is key, so you’ll oversee endpoint policies and modern configurations
- When tricky incidents occur, you dive into logs to find the root cause and support the region during outages
- Sharing knowledge is second nature, as you turn recurring issues into self-service guides for our users
Your Profile
- With a solid background in IT Support, you feel right at home in remote-first and distributed environments
- Your analytical mindset helps you trace software conflicts or configuration errors back to their source
- Expertise in Windows and AD is your foundation, including authentication flows and endpoint networking
- Bridging the gap between tech and non-tech users is where your clear communication skills shine
- Fluency in German (C1+) and English is essential for our daily international collaboration
