Your Tasks

  • Support the Cluster Revenue & Capacity Managers in driving RCM projects - from planning and stakeholder coordination through to evaluation
  • Prepare and maintain forecasts, budgets and performance overviews, turning data into clear, actionable insights for the team
  • Spot anomalies and inconsistencies across reports, dashboards and data sources - and make sure they get flagged and resolved
  • Help maintain price matrices, rates, restrictions and room inventory in line with guidance from the Cluster RCMs
  • Keep the information flow running smoothly across the team, ensuring feedback from Revenue Managers is addressed promptly
  • Own the day-to-day team coordination - from meeting management to team-building activities

Your Profile

  • You hold a degree in business administration, hospitality, tourism, revenue management or a related field
  • You are bringing some experience in revenue management, reservations, distribution or commercial hotel operations
  • Reporting, forecasting and pricing coordination are familiar territory – ideally gained in a hotel or commercial environment
  • Your Excel and PowerPoint skills are strong – you're comfortable building and working with complex files
  • You work in a structured, detail-oriented way and know how to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Clear communication and reliable follow-through come naturally to you
