Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement the strategic direction for revenue and capacity management, with a particular focus on maximizing room revenue for franchise hotels.
  • Prepare day-by-day forecasts and budgets, making tactical decisions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve optimal revenue.
  • Establish and monitor pricing matrices based on market insights across all business segments, ensuring accurate representation across all relevant channels and systems.
  • Oversee room inventory across all systems in alignment with defined strategies and communicate “need” periods and revenue opportunities to Sales & Marketing.
  • Continuously analyze results based on budgets, forecasts, and market share reports, providing strategic commentary, recommendations, and analytical support.
  • Work closely with franchise partners and internal stakeholders on group quotations while regularly communicating strategies, results, trends, and required actions.

Your Profile

  • Degree from a hotel management school; additional certification in Revenue Management is preferred.
  • Professional background in Revenue Management within the hotel industry.
  • At least five years of experience in hotel revenue management.
  • Previous leadership experience is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting tools, and market performance evaluation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate revenue strategies across multiple departments.
