Your Tasks

  • Independent and service-oriented provision of user/customer consulting, support, and training within a defined regional cluster
  • Single point of contact for users and service providers regarding IT requests
  • Delivery of defined IT services and ensuring IT standards in all areas
  • Qualified handover of requests or incidents to the relevant network and system specialists, as well as proactive follow-up
  • Compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Optimization of resolution processes to ensure high service quality within the framework of problem management

Your Profile

  • Degree or comparable education (e.g., IT specialist) or relevant professional experience in the IT field
  • Practical, extensive experience in user consulting and support (at least 3 years)
  • In-depth knowledge in system and network administration (Microsoft Server & Clients, Office 365, and networks)
  • Initial experience in project work
  • Fluent English required, German language skills are advantageous; additional relevant language skills are welcome
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and structured working style
