Join our team for the Cluster Austria & Eastern Europe

Your Tasks

Independent and service-oriented provision of user/customer consulting, support, and training within a defined regional cluster
Single point of contact for users and service providers regarding IT inquiries
Delivery of defined IT services and ensuring IT standards across all areas
Qualified handover of inquiries or issues to the relevant network and systems specialists, as well as proactive follow-up
Adherence to agreed service level agreements
Optimization of solution processes to ensure high service quality within problem management

Your Profile

Degree or comparable qualification (e.g., IT specialist) or relevant professional experience in the IT field
Practical, multi-year, and comprehensive experience in user consulting and support (minimum 3 years)
Solid knowledge in system and network administration (Microsoft Server & Clients, Office 365, and networking)
Initial experience in project collaboration
Fluent German and ideally good English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
Proactive, service-oriented, and structured working style
