Your Tasks
- Support and development of existing customers as well as active acquisition of new customers in the assigned hotels
- Responsibility for planning and executing sales promotion activities, sales trips, and telemarketing campaigns, including performance measurement across all locations
- Representation of the hotels (all genders) at local trade fairs, events, product presentations, and client occasions
- Participation in sales analysis, identification of market opportunities, and creation of action plans for the Cluster Austira
- Conducting price and contract negotiations with event, congress, and incentive agencies to secure group and event contracts, as well as strategic framework agreements for multiple hotels
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or a comparable degree with relevant professional experience in B2B sales
- Comprehensive understanding of the challenges and needs of the hotel industry, particularly in the business travel market
- Strong customer orientation and high self-initiative to implement your own ideas
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong communication abilities
- English and Czech are essential; German is a valuable addition, and other language skills are welcome
