We are looking for a full-time team member (100%) primarily assigned to evening shifts, with a strong focus on bar service, while remaining versatile within the F&B department.

Your Tasks

  • Welcome guests with a smile and ensure their satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure high-quality bar service and create a welcoming evening atmosphere for guests.
  • Advise guests on drinks and make recommendations.
  • Clear and replenish the breakfast buffet.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining and bar areas to ensure smooth service.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to guarantee excellent service quality.
  • Manage bar mise en place, stock control, and cleanliness.
  • Handle payments and ensure accurate billing procedures.
  • Support restaurant service when required (food service, guest assistance, setup/closing duties).
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience as a bartender or in hotel/restaurant evening service is required.
  • Confident in preparing classic cocktails and performing basic bar operation.
  • Guest-oriented, professional, and comfortable working independently.
  • Reliable and structured, especially during busy evening periods.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in French and English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis.
