Your Tasks
- Provide both functional and disciplinary leadership to the assigned team, overseeing up to 10 Revenue Managers across up to four clusters. Ensure a cohesive revenue strategy while fostering a strong leadership culture to drive performance and alignment within the team
- Co-responsible for the strategic direction of operations within the business unit, monitoring goal achievement, and implementing corrective measures to maximize revenue
- Initiate and evaluate corporate-wide revenue management actions to support data-driven decision-making and maintain a competitive edge
- Oversee the creation and monitoring of budget and forecasting processes to ensure accurate revenue and capacity planning
- Act as the primary point of contact for all revenue management topics within the business unit, fostering close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Develop, implement, and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to establish a streamlined and efficient working approach
Your Profile
- A degree in Hotel Management or a comparable qualification; CRME certification is preferred
- Several years of experience in a senior revenue management role, ideally with area-level responsibility
- At least three years of experience in leading and developing teams within revenue management
- Strong knowledge of market analysis, pricing strategies, and forecasting techniques to optimize revenue potential
- Confident presence as a key interface for internal stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic actions
- Ability to standardize processes, drive operational excellence, and implement continuous improvements in revenue management
